Job Description : Tech Lead - AEMExperience : 8+ Years. Position : 3Location : Pune/Mumbai/RemoteJob description : Design, develop, and maintain AEM applications using Java technologies, including JCR, OSGi, and Sling Implement custom AEM components and workflows to enhance the user experience Optimize AEM performance and scalability to ensure high-quality user experience Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AEM development Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM applications Experience in AEM development, with expertise in Java technologies Strong proficiency in Java, JCR, OSGi, Sling, and other AEM-related technologies Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Experience with version control tools, such as Git. Experience in designing and partitioning applications into layers and tiers and into Micro Services. With the background of Java /Spring Framework, ORM will be added value to enrich the program Good to have AEM CertifiedSkills : Strong proficiency in AEM / JAVA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications using Java technologies Strong proficiency in Java, JCR, OSGi, Sling, and other AEM-related technologies Experience with Sightly, HTL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and good to have experience working on the ReactJS/AngularJS Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
