Job Description

Deploy proof to proof list, schedule & deployment of campaign to seed list and relevant target audience and monitoring of campaign up to 2 days post launch, including Adobe Campaign based reporting
Ensure campaign manager is aware about the timelines, assets required, challenges and impact on other campaigns in queue
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, internal and external to ensure the committed timelines are met
Responsible for configuring Adobe Campaign to ensure that platform can support the demand from CustomerConfiguration includes: database revision, application re-configuration, custom report format revision
Collaborate with Operations manager and Campaign manager to provide guidance for alternatives and proactive solutions with regards to Adobe Campaign
Communicate estimated task timelines post the request has been allocated
Highlight features of Adobe Campaign and ensure client can use them while planning/ executing campaigns
Help to increase the overall adoption scores
Recommend best practices in Adobe Campaign to be followed in the accountPlan Knowledge transfer sessions within the team to share the knowledge gained in implementing complex campaigns/solutions
Recommend process improvements in the operations and delivery
Ensure the project trackers (production campaign tracker, leave tracker, effort tracker) are updated on time for accurate reporting to client and internal stakeholdersThanks & Regards,
