Job Description

Utility Bills Payment

1) Ensure timely receipt of bills from the vendor.

2) Timely submission of bills for 1st approval within TAT of 1 day after receipt with all necessary supporting

3) Nos of times the bill was rejected from 2nd approver due to inappropriate supporting

4) Nos of times TAT of making payment to vendor failed.

A) MIS

1) Maintain proper MIS of expenses held in utility

2) Record of Simcard issued to employees.

B) Inventory

1) Maintain a proper stock of Stationery and Housekeeping materials

2) Nos of times wrong material orders were placed due to wrong inventory maintained.

3) To provide an Identity card, Access card, and visiting card with TAT of 2 days after confirmation from HR.

C) Assets Management

1) Timely entries of all assets in the system.

D) Co-ordination

1) Co-ordination with service providers, suppliers and contractors

2) Develop and implement emergency response plan and procedures.
