Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We are hiring as "Sr Accounts Executive" in manufacturing organisation at Mumbai (Fort location)

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare Inward remittance disposal and credit follow up
Prepare Outward remittance documentation and payment follow up
Issuance of import LC & dealing with the bank for the same.
export payment and lodgements.
Exchange fluctuation Debtors & Creditors.
Opening of Bank Guarantee with bank.
.Data Entry in system i.e. Tally program.
Processing EBRC at DGFT site
Manage import payments, foreign remittances, export accounting, LCs (Letter of Credit), bank guarantees, and DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) compliance.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and provide regular reports as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-5 years' experience in accounts executive role with experience in import & export accounting.
knowledge of DGFT regulations and procedures.
Proficiency in preparing various types of documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin etc.
