Role Description :

We are looking for a Billing Executive responsible for handling daily accounting and billing operations using Tally ERP 9. The role includes managing sales and purchase entries, invoice generation, voucher entries, party reconciliations, and inventory reporting, while ensuring accurate and timely financial records. The candidate will also maintain daily MIS reports, support billing operations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting and reporting processes. Strong Excel, Tally, and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Job Description / Responsibilities :

Pass Entries for Sales/Purchase & Payment, Receipt, Contra, Journal, Debit notes & Credit notes all types of Voucher entries in Tally ERP 9 system as per accounting method.
Preparing for Billing/Sales Invoices in Tally.
Prepare monthly inventory reports & analysis.
Party Reconciliation (Debtors & Creditors).
Maintain the MIS and submit it to Senior on daily basis.
Shift Timing 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Weekend Billing on Alternate Sunday

Desired profile of the candidate :

Good computer skills, with strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Tally ERP 9.
Well-organized and responsible, with strong problem-solving abilities.
A team player with a high level of dedication.
Preference - candidates residing on the Western Line, as the office is located in Santacruz West.
