Job Description

Co-ordination between business & finance team for timely payments and arranging tax opinions on related matters Monitoring over advances, liability creation and its settlement, capitalization etc. of Realty vertical Discussion / facilitation with internal departments, statutory and internal auditors as required Conduct limited review of departments within Realty vertical Development / participation in process strengthening / control measures (SOP etc.) Preparation and support in making revenue & capital budgets Participation in CFT and vendor negotiation meetings Functional experience in day to day general accounting, negotiation with vendors, participation in cross functional teams, knowledge of related taxation, dealing with various internal departments & statutory auditors etc. Preferable if worked in realty company. CA Inter will be preferred. Please note that the Educational qualification should be from AICTE/UGC approved colleges only.
