Job Description

Accountant Scope of Work Financial Accounting Preparing MIS Reports, and analysis. Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts, Fixed Assets Register, Reconciliation Statements. Closing of books of accounts, finalization of Balance Sheet. Supervision of Import Export payment and other compliances with Banker. Monthly review and ensuring all statutory compliances (Including reconciliation and returns towards Excise, Service tax, Sales Tax, PF, ESI Income Tax Act.) Preparing and Finalization of Annual Profit Loss Account and Balance Sheet as per Schedule-VI of Companies Act, 1956 and Tax Audit. Overall Control of all the financial and accounting activities. Taxation Direct Taxes \u2B9A Preparation of Income Tax Return and FBT Return. \u2B9A Calculation of advance Tax. \u2B9A Supervision of calculation of TDS TCS and E -TDS Returns. \u2B9A Preparation for Assessment. Indirect Taxes \u2B9A Service Tax Calculation of Service tax for Freight Inward and Freight Outward and Filing of Service Tax Returns. \u2B9A Sales Tax Calculation of UPVAT, WCST, Entry Tax, CST and filing of various Returns. Preparation of such assessment Reviewing various records for Forms. i.e. C Form to Suppliers, C Form from Customers, Form F, Form D and Transit form 38. \u2714 Corporate Laws: Handling legal matters including lease Deeds, Contracts thru coordination with legal consultants Filling of Annual Return Filing of Form18 Filing of Form 32 \u2714 Preparing and filing returns with RBI, ROC,Tax authorities and other Statutory bodies. Attending hearings, summons etc. \u2714 Budgeting and Forecasting of Revenue and Expenses. Prepare statutory accounts and audit schedules for external auditors and act as a liaison between the Company and auditors. DOT and TRAI compliances Requirements Job Requirements: MBA finance or CA/CMA inter (Accounting background is compulsory). ERP knowledge (SAP, Tally etc) is compulsory. Proficient in excel and PPT formulae and graphs Meticulous and good analytical skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure
