Immediate Joiner
1. GST Invoicing & Compliance
- Preparation and issuance of monthly GST-compliant invoices for rental income, maintenance charges and any other Income.
- Ensuring accurate tax calculation and timely generation of invoices as per lease agreements.
- Reconciliation of GST outward supplies with books of accounts.
- Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
2. Reconciliation & Payments (AAI)
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts related to AAI (Airports Authority of India).
- Verification of invoices, debit notes, and contractual obligations.
- Processing timely payments to AAI as per agreement terms.
- Resolving discrepancies and coordinating with AAI officials for clarifications.
- Maintaining updated records of payments and outstanding balances.
3. Financial Projections & Analysis
- Preparation of revenue projections for multiple tenant companies.
- Analysis of rental income trends, receivables, and payment cycles.
- Assisting management in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
