Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Client Retention: Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty. Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and offer relevant solutions to maximize value. Account Management: Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring smooth operations, regular communication, and timely issue resolution. Client Servicing: Act as the main point of contact for client queries, feedback, and service requests. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute client account plans to achieve revenue and relationship goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor client KPIs and usage to proactively address gaps or concerns. Key Requirements: Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or business development in IT Infrastructure Industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strategic thinking with a problem-solving approach. Prior experience in upselling/cross-selling is a plus.
