Job Description

An International Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Limited Company engaged in the turnkey construction of Petroleum oil & Gas Storage Terminals in India & abroad requires Account Executive /Senior Accountant for immediate joining at their Head Office at CBD, Belapur.

Accounts Executive

Key responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries in Tally/ERP.

* Handle purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries.

* Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

* Manage petty cash, supplier payments, utility bill payments, and employee reimbursements.

* Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

* Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment follow-ups.

* Prepare and make statutory payments including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable dues.

* Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax Returns, and other statutory compliances.

* Maintain statutory records and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

* Liaise with banks for routine banking activities, KYC updates, documentation, bank guarantees, and other banking requirements.

* Visit banks, MIDC, and government offices for official work, approvals, submissions, and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with MIDC, utility providers, and regulatory authorities for compliance and administrative matters.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and GST/TDS compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime
Male candidates Preferred

Salary Range - INR 18000 To INR 38000
