Job Description

Position description: Be a subject matter expert (SME) well-versed in technical concepts of marketplace advertising and search engine optimization | Help achieve project goals through effective campaign strategies | Strategize and execute campaigns on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Blinkit, etc. | Stay informed about industry trends, platform changes, and emerging tools | Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to influence decisions | Lead a team of 2-3 associates, providing mentorship in technical knowledge, work efficiency, and communication | Strategize, create, execute, and optimize campaigns for brands | Manage internal and external projects with exceptional planning and organizational skills | Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners | Identify and address gaps in processes and systems to improve consistency and delivery | Resolve project challenges using a logical and analytical approach | Develop tailored strategies for various platforms, leveraging market trends and insights | Analyze data and metrics to refine strategies for optimal ROI | Understand client requirements and translate them into project goals | Collaborate with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and insights | Lead business reviews and presentations to ensure alignment with client goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience managing multiple AMS campaigns simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
AMS Certification
