Account And Finance Executive

Job Description

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
Monitor and reconcile employee and vendor advances and ensure timely settlements.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding reconciling items.
Track recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual invoices and ensure timely processing.
Ensure accurate accounting entries in ERP/accounting software.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist in income tax-related compliances.
Reconcile GST input credits with vendor filings and resolve mismatches.
Maintain confidentiality of financial records and company information.
Perform other accounting and finance-related assignments as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
Practical experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Experience in bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and vendor management.
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software like Oracle or similar ERP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
