Job Description

We are seeking highly experienced and passionate teachers to join our team of educators dedicated to teaching students in the USA across a range of subjects, including Math, Science, Reading, Writing, and Social Studies. The ideal candidates must have extensive teaching experience, a deep understanding of the USAs regional curriculums, and exceptional fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
1. Subject Expertise and Curriculum Knowledge:
o Deliver engaging, interactive, and concept-driven lessons for K-12 students in:
Mathematics: Basic Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Statistics.
Science: General Science (K-8), Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Science.
Reading & Writing: Focus on comprehension, grammar, essay writing, creative writing, and academic writing.
Social Studies: History, Civics, Geography, and American Government.

o Familiarity with USA-based curriculums, such as:
Common Core State Standards (CCSS)
Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS)
Advanced Placement (AP) Courses
SAT, ACT, and PSAT Preparation
State-specific standards (e.g., Texas STAAR, California NGSS, New York Regents)

2. Personalized Instruction:
o Tailor lessons based on students grade levels, strengths, and learning goals.
o Assist with homework, projects, and exam preparation.

3. Assessments and Progress Tracking:
o Conduct regular assessments and provide detailed feedback to students and parents.
o Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to learning plans.

4. Engagement and Student Success:
o Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in students.
o Create an interactive online learning environment that fosters curiosity and active participation.

5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with coordinators and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of lessons.
o Participate in teacher training and continuous professional development programs.

Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
o Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or the relevant subject area.
o Minimum 10+ years of teaching experience (online or offline).
o Proven track record of teaching USA-based curriculums, including AP, IB, and standardized exams like SAT, ACT, and PSAT.

2. Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in using online teaching tools, platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams), and interactive whiteboards.
o Ability to prepare and present visually engaging lesson plans using digital tools.

3. Language Proficiency:
o Fluent in English (spoken and written).
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Additional Requirements:
o Familiarity with USA school systems, cultural norms, and regional education standards.
o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and schedules effectively.
o Compassionate and patient approach to teaching, with a commitment to student success.
o Ability to create and share homework, practice worksheets and review the same on an everyday basis.

Location: Remote,Delhi NCR,Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Hyderabad (India-based tutors teaching students in the USA)
Experience: Minimum 10+ years
