Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and academically sound professional who can convert academic inputs into clear, engaging, exam-focused content and also bring it to life through short-form videos. The role combines content writing and video production to create impactful communication for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting

Write engaging Reel hooks, captions, and strong CTAs

Create carousel posts, diagram explanations, and academic breakdowns
Draft parent-focused content for Facebook and WhatsApp
Write exam alerts, motivational posts, and discipline-focused communication
Simplify complex academic concepts into easy, exam-oriented messaging

Video Production

Shoot faculty, classroom, and board teaching videos
Repurpose long-form academic content into short-form formats
Ensure consistent audio-visual quality and branding standards
Align video storytelling with academic and marketing objectives

Experience & Skills Required

1-3 years of experience in academic/education content creation and video direction
Strong command over student and parent communication tone
Hands-on experience in short-form video shooting (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Ability to understand academic concepts and convert them into engaging visual content
Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality
