Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions while also handling backend development, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization. Your Role and Responsibilities Mobile Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or native technologies (Swift, Kotlin). Full Stack Development : Collaborate on both front-end and back-end technologies, including server-side logic, APIs, and database management. UI/UX Optimization : Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality code. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Backend Integration : Integrate mobile apps with backend services and databases, ensuring seamless data exchange and processing. Testing & Debugging : Write unit and integration tests for mobile applications. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack. Collaborative Development : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure that project goals are met. Version Control Management : Utilize tools like Git for version control and manage deployments on platforms like Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Code Review and Documentation : Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation that enhances development processes. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to the team. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Mobile Development : Strong proficiency in mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android development (Swift, Kotlin). Backend Technologies : Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node. js, Python, Ruby, or Java. Database Management : Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase. API Integration : Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for seamless backend and frontend integration. Version Control : Familiarity with Git and GitHub/Bitbucket for version control and collaborative development. UI/UX : Experience with designing and implementing mobile-friendly user interfaces and ensuring responsive designs. Cloud and Deployment : Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for hosting and mobile app deployment. Agile Methodologies : Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices in iterative development cycles. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for debugging complex issues across multiple layers. Qualification & Experience Required Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience : Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-stack mobile application development. Certifications (optional) : Certification in relevant technologies (React Native, Flutter, etc. ) or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) will be an advantage. Portfolio : A portfolio showcasing previous mobile development projects or GitHub repositories will be highly regarded.
