0px> Who are we In one sentence As an Procurement Service Agent you will act as a Procure to Pay (P2P) process liaison to amdocs internal company customers and vendors to ensure efficient, effective and excellent service standard by providing process facilitation and challenges resolution, by responding efficiently to internal customer and vendors inquiries and maintain high satisfaction and by working in accordance to purchasing and finance global policies and standards. What will your job look like Translation of the companies requestors purchasing need to purchase request and work with the relevant parties in order to promote the request process in the most accurate way Open a purchase order according to the instructions and procedures Track invoice approval process and confirm payment completion Identify, assess and solve complex business problems across the P2P function, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, escalations Follow and implement procurement & finance strategic guidelines, standards and controls Build and develop a strong partnership with our internal company procurement partners Provide Global Procurement reporting and analytics Coordinate with global functions to ensure support various localizations need Operate within and in accordance with help-desk published service level agreements. All you need is... At least 2 years of experience in procurement, within global companies Functional knowledge of the Procure to Pay lifecycle - advantage P2P business process/operations experience within a shared service center environment - advantage SAP MM and FI modules knowledge & experience - an advantage Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with Senior Management Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects / assignments / responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding team-oriented environment Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting Fluent in English Why you will love this job: You will be part of an international and dynamic team of professionals in multiple locations.
