Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) sector. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional services to enhance client engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to understand client needs and gather feedback.
- Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and pain points.
- Propose tailored solutions and services that align with their goals.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain account plans for key clients, outlining objectives and strategies.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards and timelines.
- Upselling and Cross-selling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations for new service offerings.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, legal, marketing) to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders to enhance service experience.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and account status in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, account performance, and growth opportunities for management.
- Market Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Share relevant updates and best practices with clients to enhance their operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in client relationship management or account management, preferably in the legal or outsourcing industry.
- Strong understanding of LPO services and client needs.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Attributes:
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
