Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Maintain high levels of visual merchandising standards across all areas of the store.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years' experience in luxury retail management or similar industry.
Proven track record in driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, cash handling procedures.
Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets.
