Job description Designation: Customer Support Executive Location: Kolkata (Mahakaran Metro Station) Roles and Responsibilities Job involves assisting client to solve their queries on operation of software. Doing backend editing work into the software as per client requirement. Updating CRM. Maintaining good customer relationship. Desired Candidate Profile Knowledge of South Indian Language (Any) Mandatory-Kannada,Telugu,Tamil,Malayalam Very good communication in Any South Indian Language plus English and Hindi. Any Graduates can apply Microsoft Windows knowledge in Excel and Word. Knowledge of Basic Computer compulsory. Prior experienced into Voice process. IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED. Candidates from West Bengal should only apply. Remuneration: Salary Max 25000/- per month
