Masters/Bachelors degree in any stream with 1-4 years experience in a Call Center. A thorough understanding of all aspects of call center operations, including inbound and outbound call handling, customer service, sales, technical support, and escalation procedures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, senior management, and clients. Experience in recruiting and training call center agents and Team Leaders to build a high-performing team.
