Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our startup in the automotive design and engineering services sector. You will be responsible for add new clients, building relationships, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach (linkedin sales navigator, cold calls, emails, etc.). Manage sales pipeline and follow up with leads. Conduct virtual meetings and presentations. Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with automotive OEMs, suppliers, and other clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales Growth: Meet sales targets by closing deals and securing new projects. Collaborate with technical teams on proposals and presentations. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services. Project Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Reporting: Track sales activities, lead generation, and performance metrics. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors or Masters (MBA preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales (Automotive Design engineering services preferred). Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure.
