Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors and suppliers. Stay updated on travel restrictions, regulations, and advisories. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel documents are accurate and up to date. Negotiate rates with suppliers to secure the best deals for clients. Maintain accurate records of client transactions and preferences. Assist in the development and marketing of travel packages and promotions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
