Job Description
Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2-5 years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to the concerned person.
- Manage front desk activities and maintain visitor records.
- Receive and distribute courier, letters, and documents.
- Coordinate with office staff, clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Handle basic administrative and office coordination work.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Assist HR/Admin team with day-to-day office activities.
- Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, polite, and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and computer operations.
- Good Hindi, English, and Marathi communication skills.
- Prior experience in a real estate/construction company will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and suitability.
