1) Position : Guest Relation Executive
2) Qualification: Any Graduate
3) Experience: 02 To 05 yrs
4) JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Welcoming & thanking guests
- Coordinating & maintaining liaison with various depts. To handle all Guest requests.
- Development and implementation of New Guest Relationship Program, coordination various tasks.
- Front Desk operations, welcoming clients, guiding them to the
concerned departments. - Handling of Guest queries, Complaints and requests.
