Recruitment Support:

Assist in end-to-end hiring processes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

HR Administration:

Handle HR documentation, maintain employee records, assist with leave management, and help implement HR policies.

Employee Engagement:

Plan and execute employee activities to keep the team motivated, engaged, and happy.

Training & Development Coordination:

Work closely with the Senior HR and Department Heads to ensure smooth planning and execution of training programs.

Support Management Activities:

Get involved in special projects and initiatives to support the company s growth and culture building.
