Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Psychological Counsellor to join our team at Bombay Scottish School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychological counselling and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, teachers, and staff.
Develop and implement counseling programs to promote student well-being and academic success.
Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to identify and support students who may be struggling.
Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, anxiety, and self-esteem.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and development.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in psychological counselling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
Familiarity with educational systems and schools is an asset.
