Job Description
We're Hiring: Office Administrator
Location: Borivali, Mumbai | On-site | Full-Time
Ideal candidate can be considered for Part-Time (first half) also
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
We are two businesses operating under the same ownershipan international trading company and an animation studio/agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete office administration and daily operations.
- Handle business correspondence with excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of data entry in Tally and other basic accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of invoicing and GST, E-way bill, GEM will be a plus
- Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Manage office supplies, pantry stock, and inventory.
- Supervise office cleanliness and ensure a well-maintained workplace.
- Prepare administrative reports and support management with operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong command of English and computer applications.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Marathi, Gujrati will be a plus
