Future of work Mandate 2 - Under mandate 2, Employees will work remotely through the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once a quarter where they will come down to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up.**In case of extremely critical projects, employees will be requested by the BU head to come down to the office during which employees are expected to oblige. Job Responsilibities Social Media proficiency - Aware and capable of understanding the basic functionalities of social media channels incl Instagram, X, Linkedin, Snapchat, with a sharp perspectives on them GTM Development - High on execution of marketing campaigns starting with the understanding of the problems to solve, core marketing idea and levers of execution. Messaging and communication strategies: Help craft persuasive brand messaging ensuring consistency, precision and attention to detail during its application Collaborate with agencies and internal teams: Work closely with creative agencies, media partners, and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign execution, leverage collective expertise, and achieve shared marketing goals. Measurement and reporting- Closely measure impact of inputs on business/brand metrics and create high-quality performance reports for campaign analysis and/or product performance Spearhead innovative marketing campaigns: High levels of curiosity leading to conceptualization, planning, and execution of cutting-edge marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience and differentiate Swiggy in the market.
