Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing collaborations and partnerships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and influencers. This role requires a strategic mindset to design and execute marketing campaigns that maximize the impact of joint efforts and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. The Collaborative Marketing Specialist will work cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize the brand s visibility and market presence. Your Role and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage collaborative marketing campaigns with external partners, including influencers, organizations, and vendors. Create strategic marketing plans to amplify partnerships, focusing on joint value creation and market growth. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and tactics. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing collaborations and provide actionable insights for optimization. Manage partnerships from conception to execution, including negotiation of terms, timeline management, and resource allocation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure continued collaboration and success. Monitor competitor collaborations and trends to stay informed of the latest marketing strategies in the industry. Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all collaborative marketing channels. Measure and report on the performance of campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Work with creative teams to develop and implement promotional materials for joint marketing efforts. Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for partnership promotions, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Proven expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, and partnership marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media advertising, SEO, email marketing, and analytics. Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Creative thinking with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive marketing messages. Qualification & Experience Required Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master s degree is a plus). A minimum of 3 years of experience in collaborative marketing, partnership marketing, or related marketing roles. Proven track record in managing successful partnerships and marketing campaigns. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and similar platforms. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners. Experience with budget management and resource allocation for marketing campaigns. Prior experience in the tech or B2B industry is preferred but not mandatory.
