Job Description

Job Purpose

Shift Supervision

Material collection from assembly as per BOM and handing over to packers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision of packing activities to ensure proper packing procedure is being followed.
Supervision of loading and unloading of packed boxes on vehicle
Supervision of packing activities at warehouse.
Taking all required snaps of L/F components, box, vacuum seal etc while packing the equipment.
Appropriate vehicle arrangement as per box weight and size for optimisation of transport cost.
Taking measurement of equipment at assembly and ordering box sizes to packer.
Preparation of packing list as per BOM in system.
PR for Services & packing consumable items indenting.
Invoice creation in system for local/FIM and export despatches.
Maintaining records of L/F items in system along with snap evidences.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

Bachelor/ Diploma of Mechanical engineering
Extensive experience in mechanical engineering
MIS report in Excel & PowerPoint as per requirement
Creating E way Bills along with invoices
