Job Description

Opportunity with Nandan Petrochem Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for oils, lubricants and greases business as a EXIM Manager who will be majorly handling Imports and will based in our Head Office at Goregaon East in Mumbai.


JOB PROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :

  • Drive contract management with suppliers & vendors with regard to the scope of supplies & services, prices, deadlines or other contractually stipulated conditions. Able to draft documents in line with compliances.
  • Preparation & checking of documents related to EXIM, like BOE, letter to custom, Shipping lines or any related authorities with respect to put up case of company to resolve the issues.
  • Responsible for complete export-Import shipment planning process followed by visit to Customs/CFS/Plant/Depot/Port.
  • Ensure that all proforma invoices for customer orders are accurately prepared & sent in time. Communicate and advance documents to overseas customers, maintaining clear & professional correspondence, maintain records in excel.
  • Handle all documentation tasks for Import or Export coordination department, ensuring compliance with domestic & international trade regulations.
  • Familiar with bank process, Vetting/checking of letters of credit (LC) contracts & bank guarantees (BG) followed by liaise with banks to ensure timely receipts, obtaining MEIS licenses, duty drawbacks or scripts etc. review terms agreed with the clients & monitor for the adherence of the scope in a view of techno-commercial feasibility prevalent laws of land & company-internal rules, arbitrations, jurisdictions etc.
  • Courier or Online/Email submission of forms related to Customs /banks like FDS bond etc. if required
  • Coordination with Customs House Agent (CHA), Container Freight Station (CFS), Forwarder, shipping line & transportation for smooth operations & timely gate in/out from the port.
  • Coordination with across departments for undisrupted Export Import of goods
  • Preparation & making comparison of all tariff involve in Import/Export movements like Shipping line/CHA/CFS all kind of charges.
  • Preparation of Daily, weekly and Monthly reports
  • Follow-up with Finance department for bill payment of key supplier, vendors & payment related to custom duties.
  • Closely work with Insurance surveyor & barge operators for the reports related to base oil import /UREA shortages & analysis of the data.
  • Calculation of Shortages, penalties, demurrage etc.
  • Knowledge of excel .

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

  • Should have minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough experience in Import documentation and coordination.
  • Should be a graduate. Diploma in Logistics related courses will be preferred.
  • Working knowledge SAP or related software, MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) & Accounting/calculations
