Job Purpose

ABSLI has embarked on Digital transition across multiple channels and with multiple projects. HDFC being our biggest Bancassurance partner, we need to have focussed approach for this partner. Need to have a dedicated resource from the Digital team leading the execution of digital roadmap along with associated Bancassurance sales hierarchy at ABSLI and HDFC

Job Context / Job Challenges:

Understanding intricacies of the HDFC channel and managing stakeholders across both organizations
Identify opportunities for quickwins as well as longterm digital transition for ABSLI relationship at HDFC
Drive change management across stakeholders via datadriven analysis
Ability to merge business requirements with technology delivery to ensure swift GTM for digital platforms

Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Identify key pain points for various stakeholders across the entire value chain of Bancassurance partnership with HDFC Bank, which will help improve business flow, increase operational efficiency and bottom line for ABSLI Have a strong grasp of the entire sales hierarchy and structure of HDFC Bank and ability to network with different internal/external stakeholders KRA2 Ability to AB test with stakeholders from HDFC sales team to ensure that digital assets uptake and relevance in order drive adoption of digital assets across the Sales teams. Ability to understand what is the Motivation, Ability and Trigger for relevant stakeholders to migrate to digital assets.
