Job Description

List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.
1. To Support on all data analytics/inputs to Category Head and Procurement
Senior Director enabling timely Negotiations with suppliers.
2. Drive and individually Lead supplier negotiations for suppliers for spend upto
Rs 10 Lac to execute timely all Capex & Opex Purchase Requisitions with
desired cost productivity against budget.
3. To initiate timely RFQ Launch for new requirements and furnish timely
analysis for decision making internally for spend value above 10 lac and drive
with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of contract / PO and
delivery.
4. Provide all inputs and recommendations along with effective data analysis to
Category Head and Procurement Senior Director which enables to formulate
robust strategy on said sub-category spend management with respect to
negotiations, alternate Sourcing and supplier consolidation etc.
5. Providing all required support wrt Managing overall Supplier relationships for
MHEPL, covering Supplier Scouting, Supplier Selection, and Contracting &
Annual Negotiations, New Vendor development, Risk Mitigation Strategies
etc for the Category Spend.
6. Institutionalising monitoring mechanisms towards a metrics-driven culture,
that helps execute Procurement deliverables to the business goals.
