Job Description

Managerial tasks include but not limited to
Delivery team management, quality & deadline management, client management, escalation handling and resolution, preparing training materials, transition management, attrition management, succession planning
Track deliverables quality and skill level of teammates, providing corrective feedback and coordinate further training
Delivering the highest service levels to clients and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
Maintain utilization, productivity, and quality standards with respect to client targets
Conduct training for the new recruits to the team, and mentoring them ensuring succession planning and provide hands on leadership
Take a proactive approach to solving issues, display initiative and good example by contributing ideas for increased efficiencies of the various support procedures
Assisting in developing and adjusting department procedures, systems enhancements and achieving departments efficiency goals apart from maintain and tracking SLAs, KPI and provide updates in Governance calls
Support technology teams in automation initiatives.

Delivery tasks include but not limited to
Input and synthesize data from client provided materials and client platforms for periodical publishing to client s teams - daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly
Update financial inputs client platform(s) into periodic reports - daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly - and prepare them for final publishing to client teams
Source, compile and fetch/publish data into set client provided templates/formats and be compliant with the formats/requirements
Research and resolve data gaps for news articles, companies, contacts/personnel involved in fund transactions or new launches
Capture information on service providers of hedge funds and track their details weekly/monthly/Quarterly.
Updating the fund level performance data, NAV, cash & cash equivalents, and its investment details directly from the fund documents
Coordinate with client teams to source data to ensure adherence to report publishing timelines.

8-10 years of prior experience in Asset Management/Hedge funds/M&A/PE&VC operations
Strong quantitative skills and high attention to detail

Ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of

private investment market products, across asset classes such as private equity, private debt, and private infrastructure
Self-driven to learn new concepts of client s processes and provide solutions for seamless transitions
MBA or equivalent in Finance /CFA/CA.
