Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality Service

Serve tea, coffee, beverages, and refreshments to senior management and guests as per defined standards.
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared before meetings (cleanliness, water bottles, stationery, refreshments).
Attend to ad-hoc service requirements during meetings, reviews, and senior management visits.

Meeting Room Office Upkeep

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pantry and meeting rooms.
Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware, and trays are clean and well-maintained.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure service areas are always ready.

Pantry Inventory Management

Monitor pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, disposables, etc.) and raise timely requisitions.
Ensure proper storage and minimal wastage of pantry items.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Support Coordination

Coordinate with front desk and admin for smooth office operations.
Support during events, and special visits at the BD office.
Follow all office protocols, grooming standards, and confidentiality norms.
