We seek an experienced and dedicated Senior Merchandiser specialising in menswear to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the menswear retail sector, with 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing inventory, driving sales, and supporting production. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can multitask effectively, maintain store standards, and consistently enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Monitor, manage, and maintain stock levels to meet store demand and prevent overstocking. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate records of all merchandise. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely restocking and product availability. Sales and Customer Engagement Interact with customers, understand their needs, and assist them with personalised styling and product recommendations. Implement strategies to boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote customer loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to support in-store promotions and sales campaigns. Production Coordination Work closely with the production team to oversee product quality, timelines, and design updates. Assist in the development and launch of new collections by providing insights on current trends and customer preferences. Ensure the menswear line maintains consistency in quality, fit, and brand standards. Store Maintenance Ensure the retail store is visually appealing and up-to-date with brand guidelines. Oversee the maintenance of displays, mannequins, and merchandising fixtures. Implement and uphold cleanliness and organisation standards to provide a premium shopping experience. Market Research and Trend Analysis Conduct market research to understand menswear trends, customer buying patterns, and competitor offerings. Provide recommendations to the design and product teams based on customer insights and trend forecasts. Qualifications: Any degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in menswear merchandising or retail, with a track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software is a plus.
