Job Description
to provide technical support for PCs and network systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hardware components, troubleshooting, and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including PCs, printers, and networking devices.
- Provide technical support for hardware issues and perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor and optimize hardware performance and ensure system security.
- Maintain documentation related to hardware inventory and support requests.
- Collaborate with IT staff to implement hardware upgrades and improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and network systems.
- Previous experience in a hardware support role preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to assist end-users effectively.
