Job Description
Job Title: HVAC, Plumbing Fire Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for the daily operation, preventive maintece, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, Electrical systems (HT/LT, Transformers, DG Sets), Fire Fighting Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS). The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring statutory and safety compliance, and implementing energy conservation initiatives to reduce operational costs.

The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring statutory and safety compliance, and implementing energy conservation initiatives to reduce operational costs.
Qualification: BE/B. Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
HVAC Systems Maintece:
Oversee the operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and exhaust systems.
Perform routine inspections including filter cleaning, refrigerant level checks, lubrication, and belt tensioning.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical controls, motor starters, and VFDs.

Conduct preventive maintece of switchgear, VCBs, ACBs, and protective relays.
Manage DG set operations, including testing, fuel management, and synchronizing panels.
Ensure proper functioning of earthing and lightning protection systems.
