We are hiring for Lead Process Engineer for Cipla Ltd.

Designation: Manager/ Sr Manager

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proven working experience as a lead Project Engineer in Pharmaceutical (Formulation) Green field & brown field projects
• Assures technical accuracy and quality of all work performed in the process section.
• Assist in preparation of business case/ Project charter/ Concept note to User.
• Develop plant layout and prepare plans for facilities and requirements.
• Estimation of cost for budgetary proposal which includes operational cost also.
• Detailed knowledge of Formulation Process, Filling machine (Bottle fill seal), Manufacturing vessel, Sterilization process & Utility Equipment like HVAC, chiller, compressor.
• Performing engineering calculations such as process capacity, cleanroom design, heat load, HVAC load, utility load.
• Preparation of URS/ RDS/Technical specification sheet/ Terms of reference/layouts and drawing.
• Carry out Risk assessment in coordination with Safety/ User.
• Preparation of bar chart /project schedule along with major Milestone. Submit the CER and follow for approval.
• Monitoring and tracking of all activities ensuring time, cost, quality are maintained.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification.
• Supported Process and Control Systems Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs/SAT) as per URS to ensure compliance with company and industrial standards.

Educational qualifications:

Bachelor/ Masters in Pharma with 10-15 years of Experience. Hands on experience on working with formulation process or another related industry required.

Worked in production area, involved in IQ, OQ, PQ

Relevant experience:

Ability to implement new techniques, deep understanding of manufacturing process, planning and organizational skills, prioritization multi-tasking, understanding of financial concepts like CAPEX, OPEX etc., knowledge of automation.
