Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Project Manager Site to oversee the execution and delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects, primarily in commercial and corporate spaces. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, coordination, and execution capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site activities for interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality, cost control, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and estimation teams, and externally with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage project documentation, site reports, progress updates, and escalation points.
• Supervise and mentor site teams including engineers, supervisors, and sub-contractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to timelines, technical specifications, and company standards.
• Proactively identify project risks and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
• Review BOQs, technical drawings, work orders, and execution schedules.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• hands-on experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related site management roles.
• Proven track record of delivering turnkey corporate interior projects.
• Excellent understanding of technical drawings, site workflows, and project scheduling.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
