Role & Responsibilities Interior Execution (Project Manager)

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
• Plan project schedules, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor work progress as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure project completion within the committed timeline and budget.
• Maintain quality standards and supervise workmanship at all stages of execution.
• Resolve site-related issues and provide practical solutions to avoid project delays.
• Verify measurements, work orders, bills, and material consumption records.
• Monitor health, safety, and housekeeping standards at project sites.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, MOMs, and status updates to management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth handover to clients.
• Handle client communication and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• No formal degree qualification required.
• Proven experience in interior project execution, site management, or turnkey fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, electrical, plumbing, and civil work coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and execution details.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and project reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Candidates with hands-on site execution experience will be preferred over academic qualifications.
