Responsibilities of Coater Operator

Responsible for preparing Chemical, Primer and Paint for the process, operating the 3-roll 2-roll system system, and ensuring proper coating application.
Responsible for monitoring process parameters, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining product quality.
Ensure compliance with the SOP, oversee operations, and address any deviations or issues.
Roll Cleaning and Roll Changing as per production plan.
Record all production data.
