Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Member Learning & Development to join our team at Aditya Birla Insulators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity.
