Job Description
- Develop insurance & sales training programs
- Monitor effectiveness through evaluation metrics
- Conduct regular learning sessions at branches
- Collaborate with L&D team on curriculum design
- To manage training and development objectives of mapped employees and cluster.
- To ensure optimal training coverage to realized desired sales and product mix objectives.
- To plan training calendar and ensure execution as per plan and training needs and agreed agenda for month.
