Job Title: 11th -12th Physics Faculty

Location: Kandivali/Matunga/Dadar

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time

Experience: 1 year +

Role & responsibilities:

Teach various branches of Physics to junior college students.
Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
Sourcing and preparing appropriate learning materials (notes, assignments, Tests, online resources). Developing, refining, and implementing a comprehensive Physics curriculum that aligns with academic standards.
Assess student progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, and extracurricular activities as required.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Qualification:

Masters degree in Physics and B.Ed. is preferred
Proven teaching experience at the junior college or high school level is preferred.
Strong understanding of the HSC Physics curriculum.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and pedagogical skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
