Job Description
Job Purpose

The Clubhouse Manager is responsible for the overall management, operations, and service standards of the clubhouse facilities, ensuring a premium experience for residents while maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clubhouse Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, including gym, swimming pool, indoor games, spa, banquet areas, and other recreational facilities.

  • Ensure all facilities are maintained in excellent condition and operate as per established standards.

  • Monitor usage, scheduling, and availability of amenities.

2. Resident Experience & Service Excellence

  • Ensure a high level of hospitality and service standards for residents and guests.

  • Address resident queries, feedback, and complaints related to clubhouse services.

  • Plan and coordinate recreational, social, and community engagement activities.

3. Staff Supervision & Training

  • Manage and supervise clubhouse staff including reception, gym trainers, housekeeping, and attendants.

  • Prepare duty rosters and ensure optimal manpower deployment.

  • Conduct regular training on hospitality standards, grooming, and safety.

4. Maintenance & Facility Management

  • Coordinate with engineering and housekeeping teams for preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards for gym equipment, pool operations, and recreational facilities.

5. Event & Activity Management

  • Organize events, workshops, and community activities for residents.

  • Coordinate bookings for private functions, meetings, or celebrations within clubhouse spaces.

6. Budget & Vendor Management

  • Monitor operational expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, equipment servicing, and supply procurement.

7. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Maintain records of facility inspections, equipment servicing, and incident reports.

Skills Required
  • Strong hospitality and customer service orientation

  • Leadership and team management

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution

  • Operational planning and coordination

Qualification & Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Facility Management.

  • 5 8 years of experience in hospitality, luxury residential property management, or clubhouse operations.
