We are looking for a Contracts professional to manage pre- and post-contract activities for large-scale Infrastructure/Mechanical/Civil. The role requires strong knowledge of contract management, claims, billing, vendor coordination, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Role & responsibilities

Handle Infra, Residential Civil category (like Excavation, Piling/Tie Back RA, Road (Rigid/Flexible pavement), UG Services (civil), RWH, P&E, Fabrication, Ancillary Structures (civil), Hardscape/Softscape, RCC Structure for various types of buildings, Water Proofing, Fabrication works, Steel Structures etc.)
Draft, review, and finalize contracts, work orders, subcontracts, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and statutory requirements.
Handle pre-contract activities such as tendering, bid evaluation, and cost estimation support.
Administer post-contract activities including measurement, billing certification, variation orders, and claims management.
Negotiate contract terms with vendors, consultants, and contractors to safeguard organizational interests.
Maintain contract records, correspondence, and documentation.
Proficient in managing internal and external stake holders such as vendors, design dept., construction teams, site commercial, budgeting, legal, accounts, finance etc.
Monitor contract performance and highlight risks or deviations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in contracts management, tendering, billing, and claims.
Knowledge of various commercial instruments like Taxation, LC, VFS discounting schemes etc.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP tools preferred.
