Job Description

  • Generate leads for all NRI customers and for better conversion. Ensure desired volume of NRI / International sales for active projects.
  • Ensure empanelment of Lodha Group with leading international channel partners
  • Leverage NRI and channel partner contacts for targeted inventory movement and new project pre-launches/launches
  • Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners. Procure databases and generate leads suitable for defined ticket size
  • Implement channel specific campaigns, events/seminars and propagate offers designed for NRI customers. Liaison with the Marketing team for timely delivery of customized collaterals.
  • Participate in international property exhibitions / events and stay apprised of the competitive landscape
  • Consistently maintain connections with channel partners - to keep the brand top of the mind recall, ensure product and price updates and build on the investor data base
