Role & responsibilities

Generating new leads from customers in Building Material, FMCG, Pharma, Automobile, Telecom & other leading industries for bulk supply of ZODIAC Products.
Get incremental business from customers who are regular bulk/ Institutional purchasers of ZODIAC products.
Meeting with Key Decision Makers like Purchase / Sales / Admin / HR and explaining them about the Concept / products and giving presentation and generating business
Ensure client engagement and continuous sales growth, by proactively seeking feedback, understanding needs and providing updates on ZODIACs latest products/services.
Coordination with internal teams to ensure operational excellence, smooth functioning of defined SOPs, deliver agreed service timelines, maintaining financial hygiene across all regions.
Pro-actively identifying & resolving problems, controlling costs, maximizing productivity & delivering profitable business logistics, distribution, and multi-location delivery as and when required.

Required Experience & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field / MBA
Proven experience of 5-7 years in B2B/ Institutional sales
Ability to create, customize, articulate & deliver engaging sales pitches.
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and partner with high integrity at every step.
good verbal and written communication.
Drive, pro-activeness, entrepreneurial orientation to take deals to closure and pursue growth.
Proficient with use of common technology for business, especially Google suite (Sheets, Docs, etc) and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
