Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure Store is properly set and presented for smooth and efficient workflow,
• Keep Track of inventory of merchandise stocks,
• Ensure staff is trained on product, policy and customer handling,
• Analyzing sales data and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability,
• Ensuring customer friendly shopping experience across the store,
• Leading and motivating sales staff for the better deliveries by way of planning monthly incentives to sales staff,
• Co-ordinate with marketing for all marketing VM,
• Maintain compliance with safety & security protocols,
• Ensure the store ROI per square feet achieved,
• Maintain event calendar of the stores,
• Ensure in store activation are done as per the marketing calendar,
• Manage and reconcile daily/weekly inventory level,
• Identification of slow-moving inventory and timely call to get it address, by way of IST, promos etc.,
• New location hunting for setting up new stores,
• Make a P&L report for the store on a regular basis and submit to the management,
• Suggest Cost improvement practice,
• Ensure the cash register of the store is reconciled daily,
• Cash is transferred to the HO as per guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Familiar with sales forecasts and inventory management,
• Understanding of budget and cost control principles,
• Leadership skill to manage and motivate the staff providing training and support for professional developments,
• Monitoring and analyse sales performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions,
• Ability to recruit the people,
• Ability to manage the customer queries and complaints with professionalism,
• Stay update on industry trends, customer preferences etc,
• In-depth knowledge of retail operation and inventory management,
• Understanding sales techniques and customer service,
• Result driven mindset with focus on achieving sales target and KPIs.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
